
It is the simple heart, the pure heart, that keeps one young and brightens the eyes!
Most physical aging can be avoided if we work in harmony with the body- resting when tired and eating when hungry. We alternately starve and exhaust our bodies as we rush through our busy lives. This prematurely ages us. Also, extended periods of stress or tension harms the body as it does not allow free movement of nutrients into and out of the cells.
Living slowly and deliberately and taking no thought for the 'morrow helps keep us fresh and young! A positive outlook free of fear provides optimal conditions for the body to function, and when combined with adequate nutrition and rest we are sure to live long and healthy lives!
